🌸 How to Use

Fill the cup with fresh hummingbird nectar and securely replace the lid.

Hold the feeder steadily in your hand and remain as still as possible. Hummingbirds may need some time to become comfortable approaching you, especially when first introducing the handheld feeder.

For best results, try using it near an established hummingbird feeder where birds are already accustomed to feeding.

🌺 Hummingbird Nectar

Make nectar using:

1 part plain white granulated sugar to 4 parts water

For a small batch:

¼ cup white sugar + 1 cup water

Allow the nectar to cool completely before filling the feeder.

Do not use red dye, honey, brown sugar, artificial sweeteners or sugar substitutes.

🧼 Care Instructions

Hand wash the feeder regularly with warm water and mild, unscented dish soap when needed. Rinse thoroughly before refilling.

Do not place in a dishwasher.

Replace nectar frequently. During hot weather, check the nectar daily. Discard it immediately if it becomes cloudy, develops an odor, contains debris, or shows signs of mold.

Store the feeder clean and dry when not in use.

Patience is part of the fun! Hummingbirds may not immediately approach a handheld feeder. Allow them to become familiar with you and the feeder without chasing or attempting to touch the birds.

Because this is a 3D-printed product, minor layer lines and small surface variations are normal and are part of the manufacturing process.
